Meet my friend George and his newspaper buddies

So, my friend Mohammed and I are designing an anti drink driving game, as a part of a drink driving website/campaign that our group is making for the BII charity.

We thought of making a motion graphics intro in the beginning of the game, and it required having a character (Which we called George, after my favourite actor George Clooney).

Here are some pictures of the character full size, half and inside the pub with his friends (Which are textured in newspapers to match the overall theme of the game) with a dark background to make our guy stand out from the crowd (Selective colours kinda thing).

More work is yet to come!

Welcome again

Welcome to my blog, again!

This blog was originally my second year group project blog, and it was one of the module's assignment requirements (Check the blog archive).

This year, for my final year project I'm not really required to have a blog, but I thought I'd update this one anyway to keep track of my work development. Plus, I had lots of fun blogging last year!

Puzzle trouble!!

Yes. I had to rebuild my puzzle game all over again because the codes didn't work when we tried linking the games together. I guess it was for the best though, because my game is better and more professional now, and with two levels.

I worked in timeline this time. No more scenes or separate files linking.

New stuff

During last week I added new stuff to my project.


For example I made a new illustration to my puzzle game ( The food pyramid). I made it by illustrator and quite frankly I enjoyed it I also added a nine piece level to my puzzle game. Here are the pieces that I made in illustrator. These 9 things caused me more trouble than you can imagine.

I adde new buttons to the media section of the menu.

And I created a new photo gallery with funny pictures that reflect our work during the semester.

End credits!!

Mohamed and i worked together on creating the end credits. We thought it'd be important for the product to look complete
